The waist band doesn’t stretch enough

This skirt is basic t shirt material. The waist band doesn’t stretch much at all. The hips are cut very wide. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing it unless you want to pull it over your head and wear a wrinkly t shirt as a skirt.
