Pretty and high quality but runs big!

"This is a really unique and nice piece of clothing, but I feel like the sizing is way off. I used the size chart and what I received was WAY too big. From the pictures, it might be a tad oversized but not at all like how it looked on me so I'd suggest sizing down one or even two sizes. I ended up returning it, but it seems to be high quality and is definitely a cute shirt!"
