I sized down and am glad I did, liking the fit on this piece! If I had one complaint, it would be that the cut of the neck (a curve rather than a straight-across line) causes it to droop down a bit, especially with the weight of the charm. I didn't notice it in the photos before purchasing due to the lack of a side view, but can definitely see it
