This is a nice dress but I went down a size (8) compared to my normal size (10) and it is still a little bit too big for me. However, it is really nice. Made of great quality, and I love the style/look. I would suggest buying it on sale compared to full price. The length is good enough to wear at work. Overall, I really like it.
