I had been looking for a long time for a green long belted coat. I finally found it! This coat is well made, a gorgeous mossy green colour, as pictured. It has a little room so you can add layers under it and get a cosy, snug fitting wrap when belted. I don’t find it overly roomy. It’s not meant to be a fitted coat. It’s a smart wrap coat. My recommendation is, if you have a curvier figure, this coat will fit as it should in your normal size, with a little room for winter layers. If you are very slight framed, you’d probably want to size down. For me, the fit is perfect. I don’t think other reviewers realise that you can turn up the sleeves on this coat.
It’s a good weight and length , I’m 5’6 and it fits just passed mid calf on me. I’m a uk size 12 but I often wear a coat size 14, especially in winter (for layers), as I have a very ample bust. I ordered my usual coat size and it’s just how I expected it to be. It’s a decent quality weight but not super heavy, which makes it very comfortable and wearable through autumn, winter and early spring. So room for winter layers is helpful. There is nothing to dislike about this coat. It smart, unique and with the (removable) brooch and mossy colour, it caters to the whimsy goth, cottage core trends but is versatile enough to be worn by anyone, for versions occasions. It’s absolutely perfect and I’m very happy with it. I’d happily buy it in the burgundy too if get the chance! Read LessRead less about I had been looking for a long time for
