You did not send me this dress, which is the one I eanted. I received another which I don't like and don't want and would like my money back. What's the procedure?

Pretty dress with gorgeous layers. Very short though. Main issue is waist. Very tight. I usually size down to 10 but this time, I would stick to the size 12 I am in most other shops.
