Hygiene sticker nightmare

When trying to remove the hygiene stickers they left the stickiness behind, washed twice to try and remove it but alas it’s still there. Customer service not very helpful . Just said it would come off when washed. It didn’t but even if it had it shouldn’t be there!!!
