With sizing, we would always suggest to measure yourself and compare the measurements to the nearest size on the size chart.

According to what you have mentioned, your chest measurement would fit either a UK 12 or UK 14, and the waist measurement would fit a UK 6. To allow for enough room in the bust area, it might be worth going for the UK 12, and the garment is described as a fit and flare shape, so it is designed to flare out from the waist, so you'd normally expect a bit more room in that area, but you could always use a harness or a belt on the waist to make it a closer fit.
